Our factory utilizes CNC laser machine tools capable of achieving micron-level precision. Through intelligent nesting, we optimize material usage and improve production efficiency, helping control production costs and allowing us to offer more competitive prices.
Our professional riveters perform pre-assembly alignment and positioning of the raw materials. This not only ensures an aesthetically pleasing finish but also improves the efficiency of the subsequent welding process.
We employ 100% full-seam welding to ensure structural strength and passenger safety while reducing long-term maintenance costs. After welding, magnetic particle testing is carried out to verify that the welds meet the required quality standards.
Through grinding, abrasive blasting for rust removal, and multi-layer painting, our products achieve excellent corrosion and rust resistance, an attractive appearance, and long-lasting durability. The coating also resists color fading and paint chipping, even after minor impacts.
We operate our own FRP (Fibre-Reinforced Plastic) workshop and manufacture our own molds, enabling us to maintain strict quality control, provide customized carousel production based on your requirements, and shorten the overall production cycle.
Before leaving the factory, Dinis double-decker carousels undergo complete assembly and testing, including full-load and off-center load tests. This helps ensure safe operation, shorten the customer's pre-opening timeline, and support faster and safer project delivery.
