We employ 100% full-seam welding to ensure structural strength and passenger safety while reducing long-term maintenance costs. After welding, magnetic particle testing is carried out to verify that the welds meet the required quality standards.
Through grinding, abrasive blasting for rust removal, and multi-layer painting, our products achieve excellent corrosion and rust resistance, an attractive appearance, and long-lasting durability. The coating also resists color fading and paint chipping, even after minor impacts.
We operate our own FRP (Fibre-Reinforced Plastic) workshop and manufacture our own molds, enabling us to maintain strict quality control, provide customized carousel production based on your requirements, and shorten the overall production cycle.
